Are you seeking a refreshing tea tasting experience in this hot summer?
7s Art invites you to together taste our prime rock teas and black teas.
This time, we will taste 3 teas, including: Jin Jun Mei (金骏眉), Dao Shui Keng Rou Gui (倒水坑肉桂), and Xiao Chi Gan (小赤甘).
7s Art will infuse its unique aesthetics inherited from the Chinese scholars' tradition into all aspects of the event—from the spatial and chaxi (tea stage/theater) arrangement to the selection and preparation of teas and desserts, as well as the tea gathering procedure. We will present to New York's tea lovers a delicate experience of taste and aesthetics to allow the guests to feel the essence of the summer.
Teas to Tast
7s Art’s Jin Jun Mei is freshly harvested from the Wuyi Mountain Nature Reserve. The tea is exclusively made from the bud tips of selected wild tea plants, with a meticulous ratio of 50,000 to 80,000 bud tips used to produce 0.5 kilograms of refined tea. It has a fresh and pleasant taste. Even after multiple brews, the tea maintains its rich and sweet flavor.
Dao Shui Keng Rou Gui originates from the northern foothills of the Tian Xin Yan in the Wuyi Mountain Scenic Area. The tea leaves have a tight and slender appearance, with a dark color slightly tinged with reddish-brown and a light dusting of white frost, indicating good evenness. It has a strong rock essence and a lingering sweetness that leaves a satisfying throat sensation.
Same as Zheng Shan Xiao Zhong black tea, Xiao Chi Gan is harvested from tea trees - Cai Cha. The overall color of Xiao Chi Gan’s dry leaves is black with hints of yellow, and it exhibits golden tips. Its tea soup has a golden yellow color. It has a refreshing taste and an elegant aroma combines the fragrances of flower and fruit.
