“To Autumn” — An Ikenobo Ikebana (Japanese Flower Arrangement) Exhibition

  • Posh Studio 40 Crosby Street, Fl3 New York, NY, 10013 United States (map)

About This Event

Join us for “To Autumn”, an Ikenobo Ikebana (Japanese flower arrangement) exhibition presented by members of the Ikenobo California Pacific Chapter, New York Region.

Immerse yourself in the serenity and poetic beauty of autumn through the art of Ikenobo Ikebana — the origin of Japanese flower arrangement — celebrating harmony between nature and the human spirit.

This exhibition welcomes Professor Atsumasa Miura from Japan as Guest Director, organized under the guidance of Professor Paula Tam. Together, they lead arrangers from the New York region to express the quiet transition, the warmth of light, and the depth of reflection that autumn brings.

Featuring works in Rikka, Shoka, and Free Style, participants interpret the spirit of the season through the lens of Ikenobo Ikebana.

Admission: Free

Voluntary donations to support the exhibition are warmly appreciated and may be made at the venue.
