High-grade tea among the 7s Art's Feng Ya Song Tea Collection, of the Shui Xian Oolong tea category. The tea has thick, tight and even cords, and the leaf ends are wrinkled and twisted, like a dragonfly head. Renowned for its special aroma and obvious Yan Yun (岩韵). Leaves picked from trees over 60 years old.

The brew is orange-yellow in color, roast and buttery in flavor, with floral scents and sweet after-taste.

Note: In order to better help tea lovers find the tea that suits them, 7s Art has launched a tea product grade system.

Tea product name = grade name + tea name, such as Feng Jun = medium-grade Jin Jun Mei.

According to the three levels of medium, high and top, they are corresponding to Feng (风), Ya (雅) and Song (颂) respectively.

Recommended Brewing Method

Use a 120ml gaiwan/teapot for the single serving size of Jin Jun Mei (0.21oz). Rinse the tea before the first brew and immediately drain the water - this will help to clean the tea leaves from dust and particles and fully uncover the flavor and aroma of the drink. Steep the tea for 10 seconds with hot water above 203°F (95℃). Add about 5 seconds to every subsequent brew depending on how strong you would like the tea to be. The tea can be brewed 12 times.
