Dragon Well tea is a special variety of green tea, produced mostly by hand and renowned for its high quality, earning it the China Famous Tea title. It gives off the fragrance of buttered toast, chestnut, and a delicious grassy sweetness that is unlike any other green. Good Dragonwell is slow to turn bitter, but still strong in the mouth, rich with umami and a noticeable returning sweetness.
The brew is nutty and umami in flavor, toasted in scent, with a grassy sweet and long-lasting finish.

Recommended Brewing Method
Use a 150ml gaiwan/glass teapot for the single serving Dragonwell Tea (0.28oz). Pre-heat the gaiwan/glass teapot and pour spring water at 90℃ (194℉) into it, then steep the leaves for 30 seconds. Add about 15 seconds to every subsequent brew depending on how strong you would like the tea to be. The tea can be brewed 4 times.
